1. By joining our program you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree to these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the offending account.

Any members found to be sharing payment processor accounts will be terminated without refund. As any given household can only be in one country, we prohibit logging in from multiple countries.
4. It has to be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using, promoting, or endorsing this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice and without refund.
5. We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund in the event of, but not limited to, spamming (via email, ads, or message center), cheating, abusive posting, rudeness to our staff, misrepresentation of our services, or general misuse of the system.
6. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
7. We do not allow incentivized signups. Our system is based on bringing in real members who want to click and view ads. Any other incentive is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be offering any other incentive, such as refback, extra commissions, etc... will have their account terminated irrevocably.
8. You need to log in and click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be irreversibly deleted.
9. In order to preserve the integrity of the system and maintain long-term success for our members and advertisers, we reserve the right to change pricing information, payout details, and/or these terms of service at any time. Please review your account and the forum for updates.
10. We are a business. We enter in to agreements with real human beings. Users found to be using bogus and/or non-existent names will have their accounts terminated

Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and Moneybux sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking I Accept. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Moneybux is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.
   
2. Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud Your Site Name your account will be terminated without notice. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
   
3. There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer.
   
4. You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.
   
5. All payments are made via AlertPay, PayPal, Liberty Reserve, PerfectMoney or RoutePay account. You can request for payment once your account balance is $1.00 USD or more.
   Rules: the first payment is at $1, the minimum payment will be increased in $1 every cashout up to $5. (Example: $1, $2, $3, $4, $5).
6. Payments are processed instantly.
7. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
   
8. By joining Moneybux, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
   
9. You are not an employee of Your Site Name and you are not an independent contractor for Your Site Name. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Moneybux has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
   
10. Liability: Moneybux will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Moneybux reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Moneybux, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
    
11. Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of Your Site Name will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
    
12. Copyright: Moneybux is copyright 2010 - 2011. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying Moneybux at all times.

2. You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.
3. You can refer other people in your household. There is a catch though, they must have their own computer, and if an ad is clicked by some one of you, it wont be available for the rest till ads reset.
4. Members Upline Cannot be changed what so ever.
5. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. 6. Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.005 for each website your direct referrals visit. For Golden members $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit.
7. Cashout: If you have at least $3.00 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment"within Member's Area and it will submit your request. You need to accumulate at least $7.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $10.00 for your 3rd. Currently, we make payments with AlertPay and PayPal. You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment will be processed automatically and issued via AlertPay or PayPal instantly unless AlertPay or PayPal are having technical difficulties it may take longer. If you request your payment via PayPal, your account MUST be verified. When you request a payment, you will have to wait a number of days before you can request it again. For Golden members you must wait 6 days, for Ultimate members you must wait 4 days and for Standard members you must wait 7 days. Money from unverified PayPal accounts will be refunded up to 7 days.
8. As a Upgraded Member you can refer up to 40 people to join the program. As a Golden Member you can refer up to 200. As a Standard Member you can refer up to 30 people. Each 100 rented referrals pack increases your limitation by 10 direct referrals. You will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.
9. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.
10. Receiving Clicks System. To receive clicks from your referrals, you have to click the minimum number of ads. It depends on your account type. Standard Members are obliged to click at least 5 ads. Poineer Members 5 ads. Golden Members are obliged to click at least 8 ads to receive all clicks from their referrals. If you did not click the minimum number of ads. e.g You are a Standard Member and you have clicked 3 ads yesterday. Today you are able to receive only 150 clicks from your referrals. If you have clicked 0 ads yesterday, today you can not receive any clicks.
11. All payments and purchases are services rendered and non-refundable. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
12. Liability : A5bux will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. A5bux reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. 13. Assurance : A5bux upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by A5bux members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
14. Reserves : A5bux reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
15. All earnings listed and/or represented by A5bux are estimated value(s), actual value(s) subject to change with or without notice.
16. Forums : The forums is not a place to slander any other sites. The A5bux forums are only used for A5bux discussions and announcements. Anything else will result in account termination.

13. Accounts can be suspended for inactivity. We may suspend an account if found to be inactive for at least 30 days from the date of creation. We do not delete user accounts for any reasons.
14. We will not be held liable for acts of war, god, nature or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Min00Bux and are therefore beyond our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host or our service providers.We reserve complete rights to modify or update our website(Min00Bux) at any time.
