Terms of Service
The following Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you and Bux4Real sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to comply to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking I Accept before registering your user account, otherwise you won't be able to register and benefit from our exclusive services.
Bux4Real may change this agreement, without any prior notification, changes becoming effective as per the date they become public on our website. Please make sure to regularly check the Terms Of Service, Policies and FAQ sections of Bux4Real website in order not to violate any of the terms and conditions, which are compulsory and non-negotiable to all of our members.
1. GENERAL USER REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 As our services are open to International users, in order to use this type of services, you must comply to the minimum age required by the laws and regulations in your country, if any, but you should not be under 16 years of age at the moment of the account registration.
1.2 An individual is only allowed to register and use one single Bux4Real user account. Each individual user account is identified by an username and a password. You must use your own real identification data such as name and email address. You are not allowed to register multiple accounts with different names and email addresses.
1.3 Your unique user account identification details (username and password), and your personal data are confidential and not transferable. It is your sole responsibility to keep it confidential in order to prevent unauthorized usage by third parties. Bux4Real cannot be held responsible by any violation or unauthorized usage of your individual Bux4Real user account and we strongly advise you to immediately report to us any such event.
If, by any means you have lost or forgot your identification details, please access the dedicated recovery link under the login section.
1.4 Your personal details will be securely stored in our database and under no circumstance will be transferred, exposed or sold to third parties. Please also read our Privacy Policy under the Terms section.
1.5 You can only access your individual user account and use our services from a single IP address, either static or dynamic, every 24 hours. Two or more user account cannot be accessed from the same IP address within the same 24 hours timeframe. Any attempt to do so will result in the permanent suspension of all those accounts.
Under these circumstances, only one user account per computer or shared local area networks (connected through proxies, routers or other networking devices uniquely identified) can be used within a 24 hours timeframe.
1.6 You cannot use anonymous proxies or satellite ISPs as they are not recognized as geografically assigned IPs. If you do that, you will not be able to view the advertisements which are geotargeted in most of the cases. We strongly advise you to use terrestrial connection in order to fully benefit from your experience with Bux4Real.
1.7 The fraudulent attempt to register and use more than a single individual user account, as well as any activity deemed to be unauthorized, abusive or illicit will immediately result in your account suspension or termination and your earned balance will be forfeited.
Such attempts include but are not limited to usage of any autorefresh/autoclick or other enhancement scripts which are completely forbidden unless they are approved and specifically presented in the dedicated areas of the Bux4Real website.
2. FORUM AND COMMUNICATION FAIR USAGE POLICIES
2.1 Every individual user has the right to stay informed and get support through the usage of the communication tools available on Bux4Real website.
When logged in, you have access to reading, opening topics/threads and posting in any public section of the forum, you can use the internal Private Messaging / Chat systems to send and receive instant messages, and you can ask for help by opening support tickets from within your user account management panel.
2.2 We are trying to keep the structure of the forum discussions as neat as possible aiming an easy and fully comprehensive access for our members. Therefore, prior to opening a topic/thread or a support ticket, you must search the TOS, FAQ and the forum discussions or available archives for answers and solutions to similar issues.
2.3 You may post only in the dedicated section of the forum, corresponding to your subject of interest. Look carefully for that section, in order to prevent double posts. As per this TOS, double posting is considered as spam, which may attract subsequent warnings to the spammers and may lead to permanent suspension/termination of account if such behavior persists.
Excessively irrelevant or off-topic posting also comes under spam attempt and may attract sanctions accordingly.
2.4 Your opinions, ideas, questions, statements must be expressed under a common sense, non-offensive approach. Bux4Real will never tolerate aggressive or discriminatory behaviors/attitudes related but not limited to race, gender, age, social/professional or political affiliation, as well as flaming, rude or insulting posts. Repeat offenders will be subject to warnings up to account suspension/termination.
2.5 For your safety, personal information including but not limited to email addresses, names and passwords, IM user IDs, cannot be made public on the forum. Our Moderators will immediately edit/censor such posts and warn the users accordingly.
2.6 You are not allowed to use the forum audience for publicity, either personal or on behalf of third parties. Such attempts include but are not limited to products or service offers, traffic/link exchange, referral recruitment, sponsorship offers. Attempts to redirect audience with the purpose to gain personal comercial/competitive advantage or on behalf of third parties, will result in an immediate account suspension. Please use our advertisers program for such purposes.
3 REFERRAL MANAGEMENT
3.1 You are entitled to have a referral downline, either direct or rented. Each and every of your referral must be an individual real person with real and unique identification details.
3.2 Your direct referrals never expire, whereas the rented referrals are subject to availability and can be rented for a certain fee according to the limited period of time they are rented for.
3.3 A direct referral can never change his originally assigned referee. A rented referral can be re-assigned to a new user after the rental period expiring or after voluntary recycling by his current referee. When you recycle a rented referral as well as you let it expire without extending the rental period, a small fee will be deducted from your rental balance/main balance. Please check the FAQ section and your account control panel, rental section for fees details.
3.4 For your referrals advertisement clicks or PTSU programs they join, you will be credited instantly with a certain percentage of their clicks value, corresponding to your membership level. There is a maximum number of referrals allowed, according to your membership. You can find detailed information under the Upgrade section of your account control panel.
3.5 Your earnings can come only from your immediate downline level of referrals, and not from your referral's referrals.
3.6 You must fulfill the minimum daily number of advertisements viewed, according to your membership level, in order to be able to be credited unlimited number of your referrals clicks. Your daily referral clicks earnings are calculated based on your personal previous day's clicks.
3.7 Your referrals must not use the same IP as you do within the same 24 hours timeframe. Otherwise your account and theirs may be subject to immediate automatic account suspension.
4 PAYMENT AND PURCHASING PROCEDURES
4.1 The agreed payment processors are PayPal and AlertPay. Please make sure you register and validate an account with one of them prior to requesting any payment from Bux4Real. Please also make sure you are fully aware by your payment account availability, terms and conditions specific to the countries you request payment from.
4.2 The minimum amount that can be requested for payment is $2.00 for the free membership types and $1.00 for the upgraded membership types. Payments are on a net 45 terms policy, and be aware that, according to your payment processor account terms, a variable fee may be deducted from the amount paid by Bux4Real into your account.
4.3 Payments are processed and issued every 45 days for the earnings of the 30 days prior to payment. Only one payment at a time coming from the same user will be processed. However, the first cashout cannot be made sooner than 75 calendar days since the user sign up (valid starting May 11th, 2011) and only if the total number of user clicks is over 100 clicks. Please read the FAQ for details.
4.4 Payments not accepted/validated by the users in they payment accounts within 30 days from processing, will be refunded to the Bux4Real originator account, and any subsequent penalties or fees charged by the processor will come under your responsibility to cover. As a consequence the amount will not be credited back to your main balance and you will lose the right to claim it again.
4.5 As soon as the payment is processed and the amount credited to your payment account, any issue or delay incurred by the payment processor staff comes under their responsibility.
4.6 When you purchase any Bux4Real services and upgrades you have to use the designated sections of your user account control panel (Upgrade, Rent or Advertise). Bux4Real will not accept any other payment method.
4.7 Payments made to Bux4Real as result of your service purchases or funds addition are non-refundable.
5 ADVERTISEMENT POLICY
5.1 Prior to activation, any advertisement submitted will be subject for compliance validation. We shall not validate any site/URL that is suspicious to contain malicious scripts, spyware or viruses. After validation, it is strictly forbidden for an advertiser to change or modify the approved content.
5.2 We will reject all pages that contain or promote any of the following products/services: drugs, weapons, adult/sexual materials, piracy/illegal downloads, tobacco, racist/discriminatory content.
6 PARTIES RELATIONS AND LIABILITIES
6.1 As per this Agreement, you are not an employee or representative of Bux4Real and you are not an independent contractor for Bux4Real. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Bux4Real has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
6.2 By joining Bux4Real, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for filing and payment of any taxes that required by your governmental authorities. Bux4Real cannot be held responsible for you failing to do so.
6.3 Bux4Real will not be liable for delays or failure in performance or for the consequences of any interruptions or errors caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Bux4Real reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice.
6.4 Bux4Real, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for lost profits or business opportunities, nor for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners. We do not control or endorse in any way third party advertising links or programs and you may choose to follow those exchange links at your own risk.
7 ABUSIVE USAGE PREVENTION
7.1 Bux4Real has designed and implemented a special system to control, monitor and investigate the eventual abusive behavior of users.
Immediate termination of the account will be applied, and further legal action may be taken against the following known abusive practices:
- multiple account registration - different account usage from the same IP within the same 24 hours timeframe - usage of autoclick/autorefresh scripts or software bots - spam attempts.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or terminate your account without prior notice and forfeit with no refund any amounts existing in your account balance, for any of the above proven abusive activities, as well as for other hacking/cheating or piracy attempts towards Bux4Real system.
7.2 Abusive actions of opening dispute cases with payment processors for refunds or charge-backs after voluntarily purchasing Bux4Real services will be grounds for the account suspension until case resolved.
7.3 Any account inactive for a 30 days period will be automatically suspended.
