AbandBux: Terms Of Service

1. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
2. You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.
3. You can refer other people in your household. There is a catch though, they must have their own computer, and if an ad is clicked by some one of you, it wont be available for the rest till ads reset.
4. Members Upline Cannot be changed what so ever.
5. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
6. Our current pay rate is $0.007 for each website you visit and $0.003 for each website your direct referrals visit. For Golden members $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit.
7. Cashout: If you have at least $3.00 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment"within Member's Area and it will submit your request. You need to accumulate at least $7.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $10.00 for your 3rd. Currently, we make payments from Alertpay. You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment once processed will be send to Alertpay instantly or manually. When you request a payment, you will have to wait a number of days before you can request it again. For Golden members you must wait 7 days, for extended members you must wait 8 days and for Standard members you must wait 8 days.
8. Manual Payments: when the payments are manually the waiting time can be 24 to 72 hours for Golden, Investor and Ultimate Members and you will can request the next payment once that you reach the minimum payment and comply the request time limit of your Membership, (Golden Membership every 7 days once that you received your payment, Investor Membership every 5 days once that you received your payment, Ultimate Membership every 3 days once that you received your payment). 9. As a Upgraded Member you can refer Maximum 80 people to join the program. As a Extended Member you can refer Maximum 30. As a Standard Member you can refer Maximum 20 people. You will only earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer.
10. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 15 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.
11. Payments can be made instantly or manually, all depends of ab&Bux Administration decision, remember that the manual payments will can be requested once that you reach the minimum payment and comply the request time limit of your Membership, (Golden Membership every 7 days once that you received your payment, Investor Membership every 5 days, Ultimate Membership every 3 days once that you received your payment).
12. Receiving Clicks System. To receive clicks from your referrals, you have to click the minimum number of ads. It depends on your account type. Standard Members are obliged to click at least 4 ads. Extended Members 4 ads. Golden Members are obliged to click at least 8 ads to receive all clicks from their referrals. If you did not click the minimum number of ads, you will receive 50 referrals click for your each click. e.g You are a Standard Member and you have clicked 3 ads yesterday. Today you are able to receive only 150 clicks from your referrals. If you have clicked 0 ads yesterday, today you can not receive any clicks.
13. All payments and purchases are services rendered and non-refundable. All attempts of chargebacks, Disputes or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
14. We do not guarantee that you will profit from ab&Bux, neither that you will not make any losses.
15. When you pay a service in ab&Bux you accept that ab&Bux not make refunds.
16. The Administration of your account in AB&Bux is your own responsability due that AB&Bux can't control if you click everyday your own advertisements and neither can't control if your direct and/or rented referrals are active.
17. If AB&Bux suffer a downtime or any kind of Technical Issue we are not responsible if you couldn't click your own adds or if your direct and/or rented referrals low their activity level.
18. Liability : AbandBux will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. AbandBux reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. AbandBux, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
19. Assurance : AbandBux reserve the right to modify the Terms Of Service at any time or add a new Term Of Service, either AB&Bux reserve the right to make modifications in the prices of all it services like Membership Prices, Rented Referral Prices, Advertisement Prices in Click Ads Plans and Banner Rotation Plans, without notify to the Members of the site or any external site. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by AbandBux members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
20. Reserves : AbandBux reserves the right to modify, Reset Balance, edit, delete or rename your account at any time without notice in the case that the Member made a Dispute, ChargeBack, cheat the system of the site or have any bad behavior in the Forum like spam or offensive comments.
21. All earnings listed and/or represented by AbandBux are estimated value(s), actual value(s) subject to change with or without notice.
22. Forums : The forums is not a place to slander or promote any other sites. The AbandBux forums are only used for AbandBux discussions and announcements. Anything else will result in account termination.
23. Copyright : AbandBux is copyright 2011. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying AbandBux at all times.
