 tbmbux: Terms Of Service

1. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
2. You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.
3. You can refer other people in your household. There is a catch though, they must have their own computer, and if an ad is clicked by some one of you, it wont be available for the rest till ads reset.
4. Members Upline Cannot be changed what so ever.
5. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
6. Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.005 for each website your direct referrals visit. For premium members $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit.
7. Cashout: If you have at least $3.00 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment"within Member's Area and it will submit your request. You need to accumulate at least $5.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $10.00 for your 3rd. Currently, we make payments with AlertPay and PayPal. You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment will be processed automatically and issued via AlertPay or PayPal instantly unless AlertPay or PayPal are having technical difficulties it may take longer. If you request your payment via PayPal, your account MUST be verified. When you request a payment, you will have to wait a number of days before you can request it again. For Golden members you must wait 4 days, for extended members you must wait 6 days and for normal members you must wait 7 days. Money from unverified PayPal accounts will be refunded up to 7 days.
8. As a Upgraded Member you can refer up to 80 people to join the program. As a Extended Member you can refer up to 50. As a Standard Member you can refer up to 40 people. Each 100 rented referrals pack increases your limitation by 10 direct referrals. You will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.
9. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 15 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.
10. Receiving Clicks System. To receive clicks from your referrals, you have to click the minimum number of ads. It depends on your account type. Standard Members are obliged to click at least 4 ads. Extened Members 4 ads. Golden Members are obliged to click at least 7 ads to receive all clicks from their referrals. If you did not click the minimum number of ads, you will receive 50 referrals click for your each click. e.g You are a Standard Member and you have clicked 3 ads yesterday. Today you are able to receive only 150 clicks from your referrals. If you have clicked 0 ads yesterday, today you can not receive any clicks.
11. All payments and purchases are services rendered and non-refundable. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
12. Liability : tbmbux will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. tbmbux reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. tbmbux, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
13. Assurance : tbmbux upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by tbmbux members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
14. Reserves : tbmbux reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
15. All earnings listed and/or represented by tbmbux are estimated value(s), actual value(s) subject to change with or without notice.
16. Forums : The forums is not a place to slander any other sites. The tbmbux forums are only used for tbmbux discussions and announcements. Anything else will result in account termination.
17. Copyright : tbmbux is copyright 2009. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying tbmbux at all times.
