Terms of Service

1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
3. You are allowed one account per IP address or household.
4. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
5. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or misuse of the system.
6. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
7. If you have received a payout, you are required to post a payment proof (screenshot) in the forum in order to receive your next payout.
8. You need to log in and click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be irreversible deleted.
9. We do not take any responsibility for investments that you make.
10. We remain the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior consent or notice.
11. Min00Bux is not a pyramid scheme and therefore we do not reward you for the referrals from people you refer.
12. All payments will be made via AlertPay/Libertyreserve. No other payment methods are supported right now. All payments are INSTANTLY for ALL Members. Min00Bux members are expected to accept their payments via their payment processor within 30 days of of being paid. Failure to do so will result in the payment being cleared from our system and nonrefundable.
13. Accounts can be suspended for inactivity. We may suspend an account if found to be inactive for at least 30 days from the date of creation. We do not delete user accounts for any reasons.
14. We will not be held liable for acts of war, god, nature or any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Min00Bux and are therefore beyond our control. This includes anything caused by our users, host or our service providers.We reserve complete rights to modify or update our website(Min00Bux) at any time.
15. To agree to the Terms Of Services you give us permission to use your account for advertising purposes.
16. By joining Min00Bux, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
