Terms Of Service

1. Forums

1.1. You may read the forums and use them as long as you follow the rules.
1.2. You may use our forum fully when you are logged in, you do not need to register twice.
1.3. You must respect everyone on the forums, and keep it family friendly.
1.4. You may not be racist/sexist or abusive to other members.
1.5. You can only post links to sites other than Bux.cm where specified.
1.6. You may not use any avatar or signature that could be considered offensive.
1.7. You must respect all decisions made by the Admins and Moderators.
1.8. Moderators are mostly volunteers, they are not paid.
1.9. Moderators cannot access your Bux.cm account, only Admins can.
1.10. You may not post any personal details on the forums, yours or otherwise.
1.11. We take no responsibility for any emotional, financial, physical, virtual, or any other type of damage that you may incur through the use of the forums.
1.12. You may choose to show your statistics on the forum through your settings.

2. Account

2.1. You are expected to keep your passwords safe and unknown to everyone but you.
2.2. Your cashout pin(cashpin) will be requested before every cashout.
2.3. You may only have a single account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in a permanent suspension.
2.4. You must verify all email addresses used during the signup process.
2.5. You must verify your emails again if you change them. Changing your email will close cashouts for your account for 48 hours.
2.6. Your email addresses will only be seen by website staff. Bux.cm staff will never ask you for your password.
2.7. Bux.cm accounts are non transferrable. Any attempt to transfer your account to another person will end in suspension.
2.8. We reserve the right to access your account at any time and for any reason.
2.9. Accounts not active for 30 days, unless vacation mode is enabled, will be suspended. If the account is not unsuspended within 60 days by the owner it will be permanently deleted.
2.10. Any account found using false details will be suspended and deleted permanently.

3. Referrals

3.1. You may refer as many people as your membership allows.
3.2. You may refer others in your household as long as they have a different IP.
3.3. Any spamming on Bux.cm or other websites will result in account suspension and deletion.
3.4. You may earn through your direct referrals as well as rented referrals.
3.5. You can only rent referrals when they are available, otherwise you must join the queue.
3.6. Referrals are rented for 30 days, unless you choose to keep them they will be removed once this period is up.
3.7. You may use autopay, referral recycling, and rental time extending as you see fit.
3.8. A referral may never edit his/her upline.

4. Upgrading

4.1. Different membership types affect the prices of referral renting and maintenance.
4.2. Different membership types allow members to earn different amounts from their referrals.
4.3. Memberships can also grant extended vacation time, larger direct referral limit, larger rented referral packages, and more. For all the details check the specific membership type.
4.4. You can become a Premium member by renting at least referrals #refbeforeupg times and be a member for 7 days. Once you do this, you may purchase the Premium upgrade.
4.5. Once a membership expires, you must renew it to keep the benefits.

5. Cheater Policy

5.1. Any attempt to use automated software, multiple accounts, or any other method deemed cheating by Bux.cm will end in account suspension.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend and delete any accounts found to be cheating or attempting to cheat.
5.3. Any user who is found exploiting a bug will be suspended indefinitely.
5.4. Cheating is defined as using any method to earn from Bux.cm that was not intended.

6. Cashouts

6.1. members receive their income via Paypal, Alertpay & Libertyreserve.Payout via Libertyreserve is Instantly and for Paypal and Alertpay is within 12-48 hours after request.
6.2. All members may cashout their funds once they reached the minimum cashout.
6.3. The minimum cashout is $2 for the first cashout, $5 for the second cashout, $7 for the third, and $10 for every cashout after that.
6.4. The amount of days between cashouts varies depending on your membership type.
6.5. Any issues due to payment processors will be addressed. We do not take responsibility for any malfunctions.
6.6. Payment will be sent to the payment address registered on your account.
6.7. Users suspected of cheating will need to be audited before they can cashout.

7. Advertisements

7.1. We do not accept and websites with illegal content(such as Warez, Pornography, Drugs).
7.2. We do not accept websites that break our ad viewing frame.
7.3. Users can view advertisements every 24 hours. Advertisements reset at 12PM server time.
7.3. We will fulfill all advertising purchases.
7.4. You may set delays if you do not want your site to gain all the advertising at once.
7.5. You can only earn as many clicks from your referrals as you clicked the day before.

8. Payments

8.1. You may pay for services using AlertPay and PayPal
8.1. You may only purchase through verified PayPal accounts.
8.2. You will receive any goods or services you pay for.
8.3. Payments are confirmed using IPN, if this fails please contact us at support@bux.cm.
8.5. We have a no refund policy unless we cannot deliver the service purchased.
8.5. Any attempt to refund, chargeback, or dispute with Bux.cm will result in account suspension.

9. Account Suspension

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend and delete any accounts which we deem to be cheating or exploiting Bux.cm.
9.3. We reserve the right to keep any information to identify anyone we find suspicious.
9.4. Accounts can be deleted for inactivity.
9.4. Account suspension is not final, you may dispute it.
9.4. Account deletion is final, the deleted account may never be recovered.

10. Liability

10.1. We will not be liable for any events that we cannot control.
10.2. We can edit our website and Terms of Service at anytime and for any reason.

1. You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
2. You must have a valid unique e-mail address to register with our program.
3. You can refer other people in your household. There is a catch though, they must have their own computer, and if an ad is clicked by some one of you, it wont be available for the rest till ads reset.
4. Members Upline Cannot be changed what so ever.
5. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
6. Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.005 for each website your direct referrals visit. For premium members $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit.
7. Cashout: If you have at least $2.00 accumulated, you can click on "Request Payment"within Member's Area and it will submit your request. You need to accumulate at least $5.00 for your 2nd Payment Request and $10.00 for your 3rd. Currently, we make payments with AlertPay and PayPal. You can request for payment once you have reached the minimum payout. Your payment will be processed automatically and issued via AlertPay or PayPal instantly unless AlertPay or PayPal are having technical difficulties it may take longer. If you request your payment via PayPal, your account MUST be verified. When you request a payment, you will have to wait a number of days before you can request it again. For Golden members you must wait 4 days, for extended members you must wait 6 days and for normal members you must wait 7 days. Money from unverified PayPal accounts will be refunded up to 7 days.
8. As a Golden Member you can refer up to 100 people and up to 200 as an Ultimate member to join the program. As a Extended Member you can refer up to 50. As a Standard Member you can refer up to 40 people.
9. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 15 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.
10. Receiving Clicks System. To receive clicks from your referrals, you have to click the minimum number of ads. It depends on your account type. Standard Members are obliged to click at least 4 ads. Extened Members 4 ads. Golden Members are obliged to click at least 5 ads and ultimates are obliged to click 7 ads to receive all clicks from their referrals. If you did not click the minimum number of ads, you will receive 50 referrals click for your each click. e.g You are a Standard Member and you have clicked 3 ads yesterday. Today you are able to receive only 150 clicks from your referrals. If you have clicked 0 ads yesterday, today you can not receive any clicks.
11. All payments and purchases are services rendered and non-refundable. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
12. Liability : jjBux will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. jjBux reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. jjBux, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
13. Assurance : jjBux upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by jjBux members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
14. Reserves : jjBux reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.

8.3. USA residents will not be paid more than $600 if we do not have a W-9 on file.  All payment requests in excess of $600 in any calendar year will be denied until we receive this form.
8.4 W-9 forms may be scanned and uploaded to us by submitting a support ticket.  We will make other options available if you can not scan the form.
8.5 We will be sending out a 1099 to all USA Residents that earn more than $600 in any calendar year.
8.6 No documentation or forms are required for non-USA residents.

 

9. Advertisements
