Terms of Service

1. By joining our program you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree to these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the offending account.
2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
3. You are allowed one account per IP address or household. This also refers to payment processor accounts. Any members found to be sharing payment processor accounts will be terminated without refund. As any given household can only be in one country, we prohibit logging in from multiple countries.
4. It has to be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using, promoting, or endorsing this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice and without refund.
5. We reserve the right to terminate your account without refund in the event of, but not limited to, spamming (via email, ads, or message center), cheating, abusive posting, rudeness to our staff, misrepresentation of our services, or general misuse of the system.
6. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
7. We do not allow incentivized signups. Our system is based on bringing in real members who want to click and view ads. Any other incentive is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be offering any other incentive, such as refback, extra commissions, etc... will have their account terminated irrevocably.
8. You need to log in and click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be irreversibly deleted.
9. In order to preserve the integrity of the system and maintain long-term success for our members and advertisers, we reserve the right to change pricing information, payout details, and/or these terms of service at any time. Please review your account and the forum for updates.
10. We are a business. We enter in to agreements with real human beings. Users found to be using bogus and/or non-existent names will have their accounts terminated
